Our products are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship. S.S.B.I. will, at its option, either repair or exchange defective product for ninety (90) days from the date of sale. This warranty is only for the initial use of the product, and is exclusive of any other warranties expressed or implied, including, without limitations, obligations with respect to fitness, merchantability, and consequential damages.
All sales marked Clearance, Sale or Super Deal or other like terms implying discounts are final and will not be accept for refunds or exchanges.
We are required to collect sales tax on deliveries to all states which require us to do so. We do this through our website and have partnered with a software Avalara to help us calculate and pay all required sales taxes. Sales taxes are collected based on the Ship To location and not the location of the purchaser.
Tax Exempt Certificate
If your company or organization is exempt from paying sale tax and has a Tax Exempt Certificate, please call us at 800-331-9200. Our CSR will assist you in setting up your account with a sales tax exemption status. Only after set up is complete can you then complete your order with tax exempt status. The BAG Store does not process sales tax exemptions retroactively. Tax exempt certificates are required for each state in which the purchaser will be shipping to. For example your company is located in Omaha, Nebraska but your products will be shipping to Seattle, Washington. A State of Washington tax exempt certificate will be required to avoid being taxed at their rates.
